Christof Rühl is an internationally renowned economist, specialising in macroeconomics and energy economics. His skillset reflects senior roles in some of the world’s most excellent institutions across business, policy, and academia.
Christof’s most recent commercial expertise is in energy, specifically oil and gas, and asset allocation, focussed on macroeconomic and geopolitical trends.
He currently is as an advisor to companies and governments globally and an adjunct Senior Research Scholar at the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University, New York (since 2019); he was Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School (2019-21).
