Elizabeth Miller
Elizabeth Miller MSTA is a professional analyst with over 25 years of research experience of commodity, currency and bond markets. She is Lead Commodity and Macroeconomic Analyst at Mars Chocolate UK & Wrigley UK.
Elizabeth has some history with the STA, joining the Society in 1993. In 1999 she became a lecturer on the STA Course and after a lecture on Japanese Candlesticks in 2000 was made an honorary member of the Greek Technical Analysts society, by some of the members who attended! She also wrote a chapter for the STA Diploma course when it first came out on CD… and has contributed to the STA journal, The Market Technician.
In terms of career, Elizabeth started at MMS International (currency analyst), then moved to Bank of America (currencies again), then Deutsche Bank (fixed income analyst). Thereafter she worked as Head of Research and commodities specialist at Redtower Research.
Elizabeth happily stumbled into her current role at Mars Wrigley 15 years ago and has been focussing pre-dominantly on the commodities that they buy to make their delicious products. She currently supports the dairy and sugar categories.
